His&Hers Diamonds – Deposit & Cancellation Terms

1. Deposit Requirement 

To secure your order and begin the design and sourcing process, His&Hers Diamonds requires a 30% deposit of the total order value.

This deposit confirms your intention to proceed and allows us to begin work on your bespoke jewellery piece.

2. Non-Refundable Deposits

All deposits paid to His&Hers Diamonds are strictly non-refundable.

This is because once a deposit is received, we begin work which may include (but is not limited to):

  • Diamond sourcing and supplier reservation
  • Bespoke design work and consultation time
  • Ordering or reserving materials and components

  • Manufacturing preparation and production scheduling

3. Cancellation by the Client

If you choose not to proceed with your order after the deposit has been paid, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will forfeit the 30% deposit, and
  • You will not be entitled to any refund, credit, or reimbursement of the deposit amount.

4. Acceptance of Terms

By paying the 30% deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
